Default Email Changing Problems

Ok, so I've done this about 5 times, trying to change my email but it's not working cause the confirmation email only gets sent to my new email, not my old 1. (I've denied them each time, since they didnt get sent to my old email too). So what do I have to do, just wait 7 days for it to change then?

contact customer support .

the first response will be automated and probably not solve it.

send in a reply before 24 hours that this did not solve it to get a tech because if you dont tell them problem not solved they (automatically) close the ticket as solved as you didnt complain further.

explain (politely ) what the problem is and follow their instructions.

which may be proof of purchase (key) and they might simply switch the email for you.

follow any steps they ask as they have a set procedure to go through

note

in my case i had to confirm my new email before the one showed up in my old email
